Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange for eligible items. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging, seals, and accompanying materials.
Due to the nature of Elyamor’s creations, all customized, personalized, or made to order products are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Returns will only be accepted if all original labels, packaging, and protective elements remain fully intact. Elyamor reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Elyamor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment. Shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges are non refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
In the case of defective or damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
